Representative Menard brought up reconsideration of the vote on

The following was again before the House in third reading:                     
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 367(JUD)                                                
"An Act relating to limitations on outdoor advertising signs,                 
displays, and devices and penalties for violations related to outdoor          
advertising."                                                                  
                                                                               
                                                                               
Representative Menard moved and asked unanimous consent that                   
CSHB 367(JUD) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose           
of rescinding previous action in failing to adopt Amendment No. 3              
(page 3132).                                                                   
                                                                               
Representative Phillips objected.                                              
                                                                               
Representative Menard moved and asked unanimous consent to                     
withdraw his motion.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.             
                                                                               
                                                                               
Representative Parnell moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB
367(JUD) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of             
rescinding previous action in failing to adopt Amendment No. 3.
